Origin

This section is more personal, but I believe it's important context for understanding how this channel began.

I created my first video two years ago after walking home from the gym. At the time, I was a few months into my weight loss journey, starting to feel and see the results. I had gone from 325 lbs to 280 lbs. That walk home - about 14 minutes - gave me space to reflect. I realized how much my mindset had shifted since I began exercising.

Previously, I held beliefs about food and fitness that led to unhealthy habits. But what really triggered change wasn't just willpower - it was a new outlook; I am only as good as the habits I do. Without knowing it at the time, that shift in thinking became the foundation for how I approach challenges today.

The core idea is simple: build systems that reinforce the habits you want to adopt and discourage the ones you want to avoid. If I want to become healthier, I should keep going to the gym. It's about consistency, but also about forecasting - aligning today’s actions with tomorrow’s goals.

When your standard of success revolves around yourself, the dimensionality of your problems is reduced greatly and simplified incredibly.

Current Status

Fast-forward to now, and I can't overstate how much I've grown since starting this channel.

I never cared much for views - every video I uploaded was simply because I wanted to. It was a personal space, not a performance.

Early on, I struggled to express my thoughts clearly. Sitting in front of a camera for hours, talking to myself, became a surprisingly effective way to untangle my ideas and reflect on them more deeply.

After around 15 videos, I found myself gravitating toward more technical work. Along the way, I got involved in extracurriculars that helped pull me out of my own bubble and into broader communities.

I wouldn’t call myself a blogger, but I enjoy sharing my educational journey with others - using this channel as a space to document personal growth and life updates as they happen.
